Tasting: Aranjuez Más P'a Lia

Aranjuez Más P'a Lia
Cabernet Sauvignon and Cabernet Franc
Granada
Spain
$19.95

Winery Review: A blend of Cabernet Sauvignon and Cabernet Franc. It offers up an enticing nose of balsamic, eucalyptus, nutmeg, rosemary and thyme. This is followed by a spicy, intense, elegant re that over-delivers in a big way.

My Review: This was the other wine in my top two during the tasting. Like the review suggests, this wine over-delived and had a very complex taste. The wine had a deep red color that welcomed high tannins in the taste of rubbing alcohol. This wine had very bold notes such as butterscotch, caramel, and a slight nuttiness.

I tasted this wine on its own.
