The "Get to Know Me" Post
Where do I start when it comes to my hopes, aspirations, dreams, contemplations, wonders, and feels for this "class." I put class in quotes because I still haven't understood the physics behind how I am being graded for consuming"social lubricant;" and I don't think my parents understand a hundred percent either. At the end of the day I think this class is going to help me my most bougie self. I love to tell everyone else that I love wine and that I am a connoisseur, and by them knowing me, they never question me and believe that I know everything about wine already. So far on my wine journey, I've found that I really love reds, the dry stuff, and wines with berries. My favorite wine so far, is cabernet sauvignon, one because I love the smoky deep taste, but also because I love saying and ordering it. I really want to be able to talk about wine history, flavor profile, and the cultural aspects that come with different wines. My family does not reall
